Regional Training
Mission: To facilitate opportunities for trainers to share solutions and provide classroom training to ECCs in areas with little or no training resources while bringing attention to TNT.
Create a list of TNT Trainers.
Classify trainers’ geographical area and their area of expertise.
Determine the needs of the trainers and the financial resources they may need (hotel room, travel, food, etc.) for training in their region.
Establish statewide regions (possibly defined by COGs & Districts) and create a liaison for each region.
Communicate training opportunities around the state (in conjunction with other committees).
Provide a report at every TNT meeting.

EEOC (Educate, Encourage, Outreach, & Communication) Committee
Mission: To provide outreach and education to agency administrators and TCs around the state about the Texas 9-1-1 Trainers by encouraging participation and attendance.
Building a database of agency administrators around the state.

Curriculum & Instructor Development Committee
Mission: To provide development opportunities for trainers that include course curriculum and instructing.
Oversee the development of curriculum to teach across the state.
Determine the needs of instructors.
Implement training at each TNT meeting.
Provide a report at every TNT meeting.

Fundraising Committee
Mission: To provide alternative avenues of funding to support TNT’s overall mission.
Works with the Board to establish a fundraising plan.
Plan specific fundraising events and activities.
Provide a report at every TNT meeting.

SMH (Social Media Hotspot) Committee
Mission: To encourage Texas Trainers to engage, interact, and inspire each other through social media.
Ensure a social media presence on all platforms.
Create a TNT Blast (2-minute training)
Highlight trainers on social media accounts.
Kudos to successes throughout the state (such as awards, lifesaving events, etc.)
Communicate training opportunities around the state (in conjunction with other committees).
TNT News & Resources (such as articles, and news stories across the state).
Create marketing brochures or cards to distribute at events (such as conferences, etc.)
Create surveys & polls for the membership as requested by the board.
Provide a report at every TNT meeting.
